From the 1920s, when he attended the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture, to his death in 1971, Arne Jacobsen was awarded a number of medals, grants and honors. The list is based on the work of Carsten Thau and Kjeld Vindum published in their monumental monograph Arne Jacobsen (1998).
